The orphanage "QK Children's Home"
"Sisi ni familia" - "We are one family".
Founded by Lindy Kisaka in Kenya in 2008, the orphanage currently houses around 60 children between the ages of 1 and 17. It provides a home to orphaned, abused and abandoned children.
Since 2018, the Smile for Children e.V. team has been providing financial support and know-how to create a sustainable home for the children and cover the basic needs of the orphanage.
But there's more. Together with our experienced team on site we continously develop new projects to support families from the slums.
As a privately organised non-profit organisation, Smile for Children e.V. does not spend any money on administrative costs. All donations are used on site at the orphanage in Kenya.
